The Brand-new Cambria Hotel North Conway is looking for dynamic, personality filled bartenders to lead its restaurant bar.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Check identification to verify legal drinking age
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and alcohol service regulations
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, providing excellent customer service
- Monitor customer behavior and respond appropriately to any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operation of the bar
Skills:
- Bartending: Proficient in mixing and serving a variety of cocktails, beers, and other beverages
- Math: Ability to accurately calculate bills, handle cash, and make change
- Time management: Efficiently handle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail
- Food safety: Knowledge of proper food handling procedures to ensure a safe environment for customers
- Brewing: Familiarity with different types of beers, brewing processes, and beer tasting notes
